It is always interesting to me how politicians will use any situation to their advantage, good bad or ugly but, there is always a twist for them to benefit from. One thing for sure, it should never be at the expense of the people’s health and life.
What everyone should talk about is health; how can we help our nation to stay healthy and happy!

Health should be our number one concern in everybody’s mind especially when we are facing such a dangerous virus today.

I want to tell you about my morning ritual which is very important to me. It keeps me going!

I make a smoothie with glass of apple juice or mango, my favorite, half a banana and add 2 scoops of Vitamyr’s Maca (or two teaspoons).
